Monday, November 2

Welcome Reception

Kick off the Annual Conference by reconnecting with colleagues, making new connections, and enjoying an evening of conversation, cocktails, dinner and camaraderie. Held outdoors on the lawn, this special gathering offers the perfect opportunity to soak in Arizona's beautiful weather while networking with fellow professionals, industry partners, and friends from across the ASFMRA community.

At 7:00 PM, we'll have our Officer Installation Ceremony, where we will recognize and welcome ASFMRA's incoming leadership, followed by a brief program. Afterward, continue the evening under the Arizona sky as you celebrate the start of an exciting conference week with great company, refreshments, and meaningful connections. We look forward to welcoming you!

Celebrate excellence within the profession as we recognize newly accredited members and honor outstanding achievements. Following the ceremony, continue the celebration at a reception with fellow members, industry leaders, and guests.

LEX Alumni Dinner

Reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the growing LEX community at the LEX Alumni Dinner. This special evening is exclusively for alumni of the Leadership Excellence (LEX) program who have participated in LEX since its launch in 2023. Please note: Leadership Institute attendees are not considered LEX alumni for this event.

LEX alumni may register one guest to attend with them. Space is extremely limited, and this event is expected to sell out quickly, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Popstroke

YPN Networking Event

Join fellow Young Professionals Network (YPN) members for an exciting evening at PopStroke, the premier golf entertainment venue co-designed by Tiger Woods. Connect with peers from across the industry while enjoying great food, friendly competition on the signature putting courses, and a relaxed atmosphere built for networking and fun. Open exclusively to attendees age 39 and younger, this experience includes dinner, a group activity, and roundtrip transportation. Guests are welcome. Space is limited and expected to sell out, so reserve your spot early and don't miss one of the most memorable networking events of the conference!

Join us for one of the most anticipated evenings of the Annual Conference—the ASFMRA Annual Auction -America 250! This special event combines fun, fellowship, and friendly competition while supporting the future of our education programming. In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, this year’s celebration features a patriotic red, white, and blue theme recognizing the nation’s rich heritage and the vital role agriculture has played since our country’s founding. Come decked out in your finest patriotic attire.
