Leadership Excellence

About Leadership Excellence

The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers is excited to announce a new three-phase leadership training program, sponsored by Pioneer, designed to provide our current and future leaders with the necessary tools and skills to excel.

The inaugural event, ASFMRA Leadership Excellence (LEX), will take place August 9-11, 2023, in Denver, Colorado. This event presents a unique opportunity for attendees to listen to top leadership speakers as they share their experiences and insights on advancing careers, sharpening skills and leading with integrity, vision and purpose.

In addition to the valuable learning experiences offered at LEX, attendees will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals in their field during a reception and social activity.

As space is limited, we encourage all interested parties to apply early. Applications will be accepted from May 1 to June 6. Join us at Leadership Excellence and unlock your true leadership potential!
