Appraisal Qualifications
The reviewer is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, licensed in the States of Wyoming and Colorado since January 1994 and an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) member of the Wyoming and Colorado Chapters of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. I have appraisal experience in commercial/industrial, agricultural, recreational and residential properties; as well as extensive background in appraisal review. My experience includes appraisals for the private and public sectors since January 1991. During this time-period, I have attended numerous appraisal courses along with acquiring an appraisal designation.
