I have over 17 years of rural property appraisal experience working primarily in Colorado and parts of western Nebraska and Wyoming; I hold Certified General appraisal licenses in Colorado and Nebraska and have been an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) since 2014. My experience includes a variety of rural property types--farms (dry and irrigated), ranches, recreational and transitional properties. I also have done various types of commercial agriculture facilities as well as some rural residential properties.
