APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE:
I have personally performed appraisals of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. Agricultural properties have included all types of row crop operations, pasture, timberland, and catfish. This has included land in specialized government programs such as CRP. I have completed commercial appraisals on restaurants, medical and dental office space, office/warehouse combinations, motels, car dealerships and other commercial land appraisals and development. I also perform technical reviews under Standard 3 of USPAP for residential, agricultural and commercial properties for individuals and commercial lending institutions. This includes properties such as those mentioned above as well as poultry and other specialized operations such as apple and pecan orchards, etc. I have performed and reviewed Partial Interest appraisals and property with deed restrictions.
