Brandon DuRant grew up in rural Orangeburg County, South Carolina. After many years of working on the
family farm, his love for agriculture and the outdoors became a life's passion. Brandons career started off working with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Chesterfield County and Anderson County as a trainee and Soil Conservationist. In July of 2012, he was
promoted to District Conservationist for Clarendon County. After nearly twelve years working for NRCS, Brandon accepted the role of Farm Manager and then Manager of Agricultural Services with American Forest Management where he worked with investment level clients and private landowners.
At Saunders Real Estate, Brandon plays a key part in the continued growth of the firms land management offerings and capital markets. Drawing on his experience in both public conservation programs and private farm management, he works alongside landowners to better understand their lands potential and explore practical strategies that promote productivity and align with their long-term vision. Brandon has extensive knowledge of agronomics, valuation and due diligence, and farmland management. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys all facets of the outdoors and spending time with his wife and 4 daughters.
