Areas of expertise include complex and non-complex appraisal assignments in Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and the surrounding Mid-South region. Matt has led the valuation of a variety of property types ranging from 40-acre recreational tracts to 50,000-acre row crop operations and appraised facilities ranging from controlled atmosphere storage to commercial grain operations. Matt is an experienced review appraiser and has also managed the valuation of complex agribusinesses that include real property, personal property, and business equity components. Matt also manages several thousand acres of farmland and has been involved in the purchase or sale of nearly $500mm of real estate.

Matt has more than ten years of experience in the agricultural real estate space, with projects spanning the valuation, acquisition, management, development, and divestiture of agricultural assets across the United States.
