2005 to 2008: VP/Farm Manager, Old National Wealth Management/Securities Broker, Old National Investment Services: supervise the Farm Management services headquartered in Danville, IL for the Trust Company on 27,000 acres with two additional staff members; assume Client Adviser role for top tier banking clientele to deliver holistic financial services to meet their needs in the area of investments, lending, insurance, financial and retirement planning, to include administering trust services totaling $85 million in assets, serving as Securities Broker of Brokerage affiliation.
1999-2005: VP Location Manager/Farm Manager, Old National Trust Co.: supervise 8 trust staff personnel in trust administration, operations, and investment services totaling $190 million in assets; supervise farm management services providing management to 27,000 acres with three additional farm management staff members.
1995-1999: VP Retail, Marketing, Branch Administration for Old National Bank, Danville ($300 million assets, 7 facilities) started annuity sales for the organization, developed marketing plan which included introduction of first debit card and annuity sales in market, established sales program, managed MCIF data, implemented Senior Club program.
1992-1995: President of Citizens State Bank of Williamsport (an affiliate), $50 mil. Assets.
1979-1992: Farm Manager/Trust: Head of farm management services managing farm real estate, performing rural appraisals, and consulting for trust and agency accounts, Trust Administration Committee.
1978-1979: University of Illinois Cooperative Extension Service; Assistant Agricultural Adviser; Developed and worked with agricultural programs for adult and youth of Vermilion County and coordinated 4-H activities, coordinated funding for programs.
