Bill is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, licensed in Iowa, and specializes in farms and ranches of all sizes in southern and southeast Iowa. Bill is also a Certified Wildlife Biologist with The Wildlife Society. He has expertise in valuing conservation easements, wildlife habitat, wetlands and recreational hunting properties. He owns Iowa Real Estate Services LLC and has completed over 1,000 appraisal reports in the last 12 years. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska- College of Agriculture. Bill and his wife live on a 350 acre farm near Albia, Iowa.
