Cindy Best, ARA has been an active agricultural appraiser since 1988. Cindy joined the ASFMRA in 1989 and received her ARA designation in 1993. As a Certified Instructor for the ASFMRA, she has taught Principles and Procedures, Highest and Best Use, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach and the Dairy Seminar. In addition to instructing, Cindy has also been on committees on both the Chapter and National levels. Cindy has been the District III Vice President and has also served as the chapter president for the Michigan chapter. Cindy's family includes her husband Jeff who is a barbed wire/metals artist, three children and eight grandchildren. Cindy is also active in her community and church serving as a womens small group leader and keyboardist for the worship team.
