We have performed appraisals for several thousands of acres Cropland, Dairy Facilities from 50 Cow Units to 6,000 Cow Units, Hog Farrowing Facilities from 1200 Sows to 7,000 Sows, and Grain Storage Facilities from 150,000 Bushels to 2.1 Million Bushels of storage capacity. Our extensive and ongoing research of cropland comparable sales across several counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin allows us to keep a pulse on the changing values of cropland in todays market place.
Our specialty is extensively researched, quality prepared real estate appraisals that meet all the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Additionally, we perform appraisals that are compliant to the Yellow Book Standards, the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA). We utilize narrative reporting methods as well as the Uniform Agricultural Appraisal Report (UAAR).
