John "Colter" King has been an independent fee appraiser since 2012. He completed the trainee process and became a Certified General Appraiser in February 2017. His appraisal related experience includes: agricultural, commercial, industrial, recreational, and residential property types in most markets across the great state of Wyoming. In 2018 he obtained his real estate license in order to provide an even broader range of services to his clients. Prior to his career as a real estate appraiser and sales associate he was a credit analyst and loan officer for a community bank in Casper, WY.
