Cody Gasque is a professional real estate appraiser specializing in poultry facility valuations, agricultural properties, and transitional land appraisals throughout the Southeast. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Mechanization and Business from Clemson University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Economic Analytics from Virginia Tech.
In addition to appraisal practice, Cody leverages advanced data analytics to enhance valuation accuracy and market insight. He develops and maintains a variety of proprietary dashboards that visualize land value trends, support market analysis, and integrate regression-based modeling techniques. He also designed and continues to maintain an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) used to improve efficiency and consistency in valuation processes.
