I have been an employee of Federal Land Bank and Farm Credit for 37 years. I was first designated to appraise in April of 1980 and have completed appraisals for the company since that time, usually between 40 and 60 per year. My primary function was in loan production, so I did not pursue licensing when that came about in the 1990’s, however, I have had nearly all of the training received by most ARA’s. I completed A-10, A-20, A-30, report writing and ethics in the 1980’s. Since then, I have completed several ASFMRA courses, including A101, A102, A113, A301, A302 and will be taking A303 in May.
