Bio

Andre works in the Ernst & Young Los Angeles, California office as a Client Serving Associate within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT), Valuation, Modeling, and Economics (VME) service line, primarily for the US West region, on a variety of engagement life cycle activities supporting the growth and administration of the VME practice. He collaborates with senior professionals and provides support to Partners and Senior Managers in Business Development and Engagement Administration and collaborates with engagement teams to play a vital role in success by ensuring process quality standards. Andre provides support with opportunity and engagement-level administration including database management of accounts, contacts, activities, and relationships, client acceptance, SAP ERP & CRM maintenance, conflict checks, project budgeting, deal reviews, engagement economics including budget adjustments, billing & invoicing, and other engagement-related activities. He issues coverage of personal independence for SaT quality and risk management. He ensures agreements, engagement proposals, various appraisal reports, and other engagement-related documents are executed and completed with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. He provides support with staffing and resource allocation and other related staffing activities as needed. He also works with Business Operations colleagues and practice Partners on strategic efforts such as new automation and improvements to enhance and streamline our engagement administration processes while liaising and collaborating with the offshore Engagement Management Services team. Andre is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Economics and Management. In May of 2025 he will have completed his Master of Business Administration with a General Management concentration from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University's Willie A. Deese School of Business and Economics. He is currently completing the required education for the State of Arizona trainee real property appraiser classification.
