Ron Dunker is the N.A. Farm Management Account Manager Ron has accountability of working for farm managers building Bayer and farm manager relations while providing support of entire Bayer portfolio of products and services.

Ron's had the privilege of being part of the N.A. Commercial Technology Development & Agronomy, MonVeg Sales & Technology Development, Climate Corporation, Channel and Customer Outreach. Ron's leadership provided connectivity, collaboration, strategy and trust as well as adding business value to the organizations he supported.
Over the course of 29 years of service with Bayer Rons held various roles of increasing responsibilities in Crop Protection, Research and Development in Biotechnology, ESH/Law and Commercial. Ron has a B.S. degree in Plant Biology from the Iowa Wesleyan College.
