At Neeley Forestry Service, Inc. we offer complete services related to timberland. The three primary divisions of those services include forest management, valuation services, and land brokerage services. While Josh assists with the forest management operations, as the Real Estate and Valuation Services Manager, his primary duties are focused primarily on our valuation and brokerage services. As a graduate forester with over 20 years of forestry consulting experience, Josh's knowledge of timberland and the timber and timberland markets allows him to provide clients the information needed to make informed decisions.
As the lead appraiser Josh oversees all appraisal projects. He has been a licensed appraiser since 2002 and has been a certified general appraiser since 2009. He holds licenses in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Our primary appraisal coverage area is south Arkansas, north Louisiana, and northeast Texas.
As executive broker and licensed in both Arkansas and Louisiana, Josh helps lead our real estate team in all aspects of land brokerage. Those duties include tailoring marketing plans that fit the property and meet our sellers' needs and finding properties that best fit our buyers' needs to assisting in negotiations and overseeing contracts.
