Authentic agribusiness expertise is not found just within the walls of an office it is developed over time from hands-on farm experience and an intuitive business sense. It is precisely this expertise and passion that has allowed Fred to make sound business decisions which has significantly affected the livelihood and prosperity of his clients, individual farmers, their families, and their business operations.
Over the last 40 years, Fred has specialized in farmland investments, farm and feedlot operations, land development, agricultural company design & development, business strategic planning, and personnel administration/management. He has been involved in farmland investments and/or crop production in 36 states in the US. His expertise has been vital to clients in developing profitable diversified vertically integrated agricultural companies.
Education Background:
Fred has an extensive education with an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming, a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business at Iowa State University and an M.B.A. at Eastern Illinois University, graduating with honors.
Freds knowledge of market trends, land values, investment opportunities, portfolio management, and how they will continue to impact agriculture, can be relied upon by all areas of the industry including individual producers, foreign and domestic investors, and government personnel. His diverse background of knowledge about the agriculture industry and excellent communication skills have been the key foundation to his success as a leader in the industry.
Fred and Amy, his wife, have six (6) grandchildren. Amy and Fred spend their free time together at their lake home, with family and friends and participating in church activities.
