Stacey graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agriculture Business and a concentration in credit and finance. She began her appraisal career with American AgCredit in northern California and in 2007, moved to Oregon and joined Northwest Farm Credit Services. She served both associations as a staff appraiser. In January of 2021, Stacey joined CoBank as Director, Appraisal Services. She earned her Accredited Rural Appraiser designation in 2007 and is a State Certified General Appraiser in Oregon, Washington and California. Stacey has experience in a broad range of agricultural property types including farmland and pasture tracts, permanent plantings, dairy and equestrian facilities, seed and straw press facilities and rural residential/part-time farm properties. She has also performed additional services such as valuing partial interests and appraisal review. Stacey is an active volunteer in her community and has been a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers since 2002, having served on both Oregon and California state chapter boards.
Stacey grew up on an orchard and vineyard operation in the northern San Joaquin Valley of California. She currently resides in Philipsburg, Montana, with her husband and three children, raising cattle and hay, giving her a unique perspective on understanding agricultural properties, as both an appraiser and producer/operator.
