Kristen Halbur is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser. She founded Halbur Appraisals in 2024 with nearly ten years of agricultural appraisal experience. Kristen started her appraisal career in 2015 and became fully licensed in the fall of 2018. Her appraisal experience includes an array of agricultural and recreational type properties in Iowa. Her passion and experience in agriculture began while raised on a family farm in west
central Iowa, and grows as she continues to farm with her husband.
