Appraising Unique and Atypical Properties

ASFMRA is an internationally recognized leader in appraisal training. We are a not-for-profit appraisal society and sponsoring member of the Appraisal Foundation providing education since 1929 and serving all jurisdictions in the United States. We provide Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) and state approved appraisal training for certified general licensure and for continuing education.

This course is designed for appraisers who want to expand their skills to enable them to take on more difficult and complex assignments, and for those who want to learn new techniques for developing creative solutions to complex appraisal problems. This course will give the student a good understanding of various techniques that can be used in appraising unique and difficult properties – the “oddballs.”
