AgWare, Inc. is the leading provider of a complete software suite for rural appraisers. Our product consists of two separate but integrated sections, the first is our AgWare DataLog and the second is our AgWare ClickForms. The DataLog is a comparable sales database that assists our appraisers with organizing, managing and analyzing sales. Maps and other images can be attached to each sale and trend reports can be generated. These sales can then be transferred into the ClickForms section of the program to create UAAR and UCRR reports. We have over 300 forms in the ClickForms library, so appraisers can format their reports to meet most any specification. Our reports are USPAP compliant and follow the teaching of ASFMRA. AgWare is also creating a new product called AgWare MGR. This is an accounting farm management system, which will have a custom report designer, easy view grids for each farm for accuracy checks, and allocated interest for pooled accounts, to name a few options. We are excited to have this product available soon.
