Speaker: Born and raised on a farm near Neepawa, Manitoba, Canada, Tamila Fraser has built a robust career spanning over 30 years. Initially, Tamila worked for Bayer in Saskatchewan and later transitioned to the U.S. where she served as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Millborn Seeds. Tamila is currently engaged with BASF BioEnergy group as a Technical Accounts Manager, focusing on selling enzymes and chemicals to ethanol plants across the Midwest and Canada. Her role involves collaborating with BASF Ag Sustainability to enhance CI scoring using the Xarvio platform. Tamila holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and an MBA with an emphasis on Sustainability. She owns farmland in Manitoba and Iowa and resides in Brookings, South Dakota.
