US Dairy Forage Research Center Tour
Operated as a joint effort with the University of Wisconsin–Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Agricultural Research Stations, the U.S Dairy Forage Research Center Farm is located 30 miles northwest of Madison, and borders the Wisconsin River near Prairie du Sac, WI. Much of the research happening at the U.S. Dairy Forage Research Center is designed to help improve the economic and environmental sustainability of dairy forage farm systems.
After the tour, a social will be held at Vintage Brewing.

Introduction to Business Valuation for Rural Appraisers
This one-day course is designed for professional rural real property appraisers who interact with business appraisers in assignments requiring an equity valuation for estate, divorce, gifting, or transfer purposes.
As an overview, it concentrates on distinguishing the differences in methods of analysis and provides guidance on how rural real estate appraisers can contribute to the business analysis.
