This introductory YPN Learning Byte is designed for members who are curious about AI and want practical, real-world applications, not theory. The session will focus on tools you can use now and ideas for integrating AI into everyday tasks in simple, low-risk ways.

Ways to organize and summarize information more efficiently
Support for data analysis and repetitive tasks
How to get started with AI without adding complexity
Justin Gohn, MAI, CRE, SRA, is a commercial real estate appraiser and Principal at Gohn & Company, where he has been valuing properties across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware for more than 20 years. He specializes in complex valuations and provides expert witness testimony in litigation matters. In addition to his appraisal work, Justin helps organizations understand and integrate AI into their workflows. He speaks at industry conferences and consults with firms looking to modernize operations through practical, real-world applications of AI.
This session is intentionally beginner-friendly and kicks off a broader AI-focused Learning Byte series. Future sessions will build on this foundation with panels and more advanced use cases.
