** Thursday’s seminar is a home-grown presentation with various speakers selected by President-Elect John “Tooter” Robertson, ARA. We will submit to TALCB for 8 hours of ACE credit.
** As we did in 2024, the Texas Chapter will partner with the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. This seminar will be submitted to TREC for 8 hours of Real Estate CE.

$205 plus tax/fees.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Chapter Dinner
Wednesday Chapter Dinner: We will have the Chapter dinner catered at the Resort. The dinner is open to our speakers and guests. Per TABC laws, all alcoholic beverages must be dispensed by hotel employees or bartenders. Therefore, we will have complimentary drinks available to guests.
Thursday: I will have coffee and a light breakfast assortment at the start of our seminar. You can also have breakfast through the resort. Lunch is included in the registration fee and will be catered at the Resort.
GOLF:
Resort guests have the option of playing golf. Call the resort to schedule a round of golf before or after the conference. I blocked off 10 extra rooms on Thursday night if anyone wants to stay another evening to enjoy the resort amenities.

Eric joined Wells Fargo Bank in 2022 as a real estate advisory specialist and vice president for Real Estate Asset Management in the Central division of the U.S. Mr. Redeker manages over one million acres of farm and ranch assets from Texas to California. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Bank, Mr. Redeker was the Team Leader of Ranch Services at Cushman & Wakefield; Vice President and Team Leader of the Trust Farm & Ranch Unit at Bank of America; and the Director of Geospatial Technologies and the head of Information Technology at the Caesar Kleberg Wildlife Research Institute at Texas A&M University - Kingsville.
Mr. Redeker has over 25 years of experience managing real estate. He holds a BS, Forest Science, Texas A&M University (College Station) and MS, Rangeland Ecology and Management, Texas A&M University (College Station).
Greg Lehrmann

Greg Lehrmann has devoted the last 31 years of his legal career exclusively to 1031 exchanges. While handling exchanges for investors and business owners, he also dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking to attorneys, CPAs, escrow officers, financial advisors, real estate agents and investors throughout the nation on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031.
Greg holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Greg is board certified in residential and commercial Real Estate Law. He has published numerous articles in the Texas Realtor, Landman, and Tierra Grande. Mr. Lehrmann and his wife, Texas Supreme Court Senior Justice Debra Lehrmann, have two sons who are practicing attorneys and three beautiful grandchildren.
Dr. Justin French Professor/Research
Sul Ross University | Borderlands Research Institute
Dr. Justin French is the Big Game Specialist and Assistant Professor of Natural Resource Management at Borderlands Research Institute. His research focuses on the spatial ecology of pronghorn, mule deer, and bighorn sheep in the Trans-Pecos in order to bolster ongoing restoration efforts for all three species. Prior to his position with BRI, he graduated in 2012 with a BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University. He earned his MS degree from Sul Ross State University in Natural Resource Management in 2015, studying pronghorn foraging ecology. His thesis research examined seasonal diets and nutritional demands of pronghorn in the Trans-Pecos. He completed his PhD in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Texas A&M University in 2019. His dissertation focused how coyote movement, social behavior, and predator management efforts. His current research focusses on developing robust tools and information to address emerging issues in big game management."
Todd Glowka

He holds certifications from the National Association of Home Builders as a certified Master Builder, certified Graduate Builder, and certified Green Builder. With over two decades of luxury residential experience, Todd is a solution-focused and versatile professional with extensive luxury residential experience. He is accustom to leading and directing employees and subcontractors in the planning and execution of large-scale residential projects, and custom renovations. He is highly skilled at resolving project obstacles and managing construction issues so projects maintain efficiency. Todd is the client’s first point of contact, and will oversee all quality control and quality assurance that adheres to the design requirements.
Lauren Iler
Director of Client Relations
Lauren earned a degree in Interior Design from Sam Houston State University. Since then, she has worked in both commercial and residential settings. Her experience includes everything from material selections to construction documentation to commercial sales. Through her education and experience, she has gained an abundant amount of knowledge to share with clients. Her goal is to provide every client with the best service possible – and to have some fun along the way!
Clinton Butler
Partner, San Antonio
Clinton Butler is a partner in Jackson Walker’s Trial & Appellate Litigation practice in San Antonio. Clinton’s practice focuses on representing landowners in litigation and transactional matters related to oil and gas development, particularly in the Eagle Ford and Permian Shale mineral plays. His experience includes negotiating oil and gas leases, top leases, pipeline and surface use easements, and water use agreements.
In addition to his oil and gas work, Clinton represents businesses and individuals in commercial, construction, and fiduciary litigation. His client base ranges from large companies to small business owners and individuals. He is known for his strategic approach to litigation and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
Clinton is an active member of the legal and business communities, serving as a District Chair and Board Member for the National Association of Royalty Owners – Texas Chapter. In this role, he advocates for the rights of land, mineral, and royalty owners in negotiations with oil and gas companies.
In addition to his legal practice, Clinton is involved in various civic and charitable initiatives. He supports organizations such as Dress for Success and the San Antonio Food Bank, demonstrating his commitment to community service alongside his professional work.
