This course is designed to provide additional knowledge on key financial ratios and benchmarks for valuators, farm managers, and loan officers. The course is a 4 hour event comprised of class room lectures. The classroom portion is a combination of PowerPoint presentations, class discussions, and work problems. The attendees will gain a better understanding of how better record keeping at the producer level provides more reliable information for both managerial decisions and the evaluation of credit quality.
