Step into the courtroom and experience the expert‑witness role like never before. This interactive Mock Trial is designed specifically for consultants, farm managers and rural appraisers who may be called upon to provide valuation, management, real estate and legal description expertise in litigation. Participants will follow the full arc of the legal process — from initial engagement with counsel to deposition to trial testimony — while observing how consulting, management, appraisal and real estate work is challenged, defended, and ultimately judged in a live courtroom setting.
