Washington Chapter Spring Meeting

The Washington State Chapter of ASFMRA is excited to welcome you to Lake Chelan – a premiere vacation and winery destination in Washington State. Registrants can expect to learn about the history of the area as it pertains to real estate with current local trends also analyzed. Paying tribute to Lake Chelan and the surrounding areas, seminar topics will include several tree fruit industry updates and wine making / winery topics with additional topics including appraisal errors / omissions and presentations from the Chelan County Assessor + Planning offices. Seminar registration is for two days of CE and includes a catered dinner on the first day and catered lunch on the second day.

• This is a single registration in-person event. Must attend both days.
• CE Hours pending for WA/ID/OR. Anticipate 9-11 hours of CE to be granted.
• 45 person registration limit, so act quickly!
• No seminar refund if cancelled after April 30^th – except for extreme circumstances.
• Catered dinner @ Campbell’s Resort on May 7 is included in registration – no discount for not attending dinner.
• Member Price Registration: $275
• Non-Member Price Registration: $350
• Must call to reserve room at Lakeside Lodge & Suites ($127/night + tax). No online reservations for group. Includes breakfast.
• Optional mini golf event before dinner on May 7. (Attendees pay $10 individually)
