A Tutorial for the Appraiser, Farm Manager, and Agricultural Consultant

This seminar focuses on preparing to be an effective expert witness throughout the litigation process. The course will offer instruction on how to engage with counsel in an expert witness role and provide information as to the litigation timeline and the general terms and rules of civil litigation. The seminar will also provide a tutorial on how to be an effective expert witness from preparing an expert report to providing effective and persuasive testimony during the deposition and trial process. Finally, the course will identify and propose alternative opportunities for the appraiser and farm manager in the litigation realm.
