YPN Learning Byte - Bridging the Gap: Embracing Generational Differences in the Workplace

When:  Mar 14, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM (MT)

The workforce today is more diverse than ever, with multiple generations working side-by-side. With each generation comes different values, working styles, communication styles, and attitudes toward work. These differences, and cultural biases, can create misunderstandings, conflicts, and tensions in the workplace. However, understanding these differences can also provide an opportunity for growth, collaboration, and innovation.

The "Bridging the Gap" workshop is designed to help participants understand the unique characteristics and perspectives of each generation in the workplace and provide strategies for effective communication and collaboration.
