This Chapter Success Workshop will focus on how mentorship and chapter engagement can help strengthen the membership pipeline. During this session, we will introduce the ASFMRA Mentor Match program, discuss how chapters can encourage participation, and explore how mentorship can support newer members, develop future leaders, and build stronger professional connections within the Society.

We will also review recent membership trends and spend time brainstorming together as chapter leaders, sharing ideas and practical approaches for supporting recruitment, retention, and member involvement.

This interactive virtual workshop is designed to be collaborative, giving participants the opportunity to learn from other chapters and leave with ideas they can implement locally.
