The session will highlight opportunities for appraisers to work with land trusts and landowners working with them on conservation transactions. In addition, we will discuss updates on federal tax law and recent case law affecting conservation easement valuations. The program will include Rex Linville, Eastern Division Director of Field Programs and Diana Norris, Conservation Defense Associate Director of the Land Trust Alliance and will conclude with an opportunity for Q&A.
