This webinar will provide a bird’s eye view of old and new tools for data management. We all get data dumps from county appraisers and even from our DataLog! The tools covered in this webinar will help you clean, organize and analyze sales data to improve your sales selection capability and adjustments.
Speaker: Ann Roehm
Ann has nineteen years’ experience in appraising. She is a General Certified Real Property Appraiser in the state of Kansas. Her appraisal experience includes agricultural, commercial properties and acquisition/eminent domain for airport and highway construction. Prior to becoming an appraiser, she taught for 20 years at the high school and college levels including math, programming, and mathematical methods for business management. She is certified by Microsoft as an Office® Users Specialist.
Ann is a partner in and treasurer for Cannon, Lechtenberg & Associates, Inc. She is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and an associate member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers for whom she is designing courses and teaching and is on the editorial board for the Journal of ASFMRA. Ann is also an AQB certified USPAP instructor.
