The Texas Chapter of the ASFMRA is preparing a fantastic BBQ dinner and live music to welcome attendees to San Antonio for the 2022 Annual Conference!

Guests will enjoy a full bar, hors d'oeuvres that include venison and shrimp, a full BBQ ensemble of pit-cooked brisket, chicken, sausage and all the fixings, as well as delicious desserts including Dutch oven cobbler and ice cream.


The Texas Chapter plans on fixing a ton of great food, and invites everyone to come and enjoy it!

The Texas Chapter has also arranged for Billy Mata and The Texas Tradition to perform when the live portion of the Education Foundation Auction concludes on Thursday night. 

A dance floor setup will be provided so guests can step to the legendary sound of Texas swing music. You won't want to miss this - Billy Mata and his band have been putting on good shows for over 35 years and racked up plenty of awards along the way!
