Welcome to the Colorado Chapter of ASFMRA!
The Colorado Chapter hosts two meetings each year in spring and fall. The Chapter emphasizes providing education for their members to meet professional designation requirements and provides presentations by informed people on topics of concern to members such as wind seminars, advanced conservation easements and appraising lands in transition. The Chapter is deeply committed to promoting quality rural appraisal education and understands the importance of recruiting talented individuals into the profession. The Chapter typically provides scholarships to support agricultural students at Northeast Community College in Sterling and Colorado State University in Fort Collins. They also support students attending Summer Education and are regular contributors to the ASFMRA Education Foundation.
