Attention Illinois Licensees:
The 7-Hour USPAP course title will contain 2020-2022; NOT 2022-2023. Therefore, any USPAP classes in Illinois will be called 2020-2022 7-Hour USPAP National Update. (If you are attending an offering in another state, classes are titled 2022-2023 7-Hour USPAP National Update.)
-       Appraisers must successfully complete the 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course every 2 years to meet the AQB’s USPAP continuing education requirement.
-       This course qualifies for 7 hours of CE with IDFPR’s Appraisal Division and with ASFMRA.
-       This course is the same content as the AQB’s 2022-2023 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course.
