David B. Herring is the principal of Herring Realty Advisors, a real estate appraisal firm he founded in Central Kentucky in 2003. With over 25 years of experience in valuing residential, commercial, and agricultural properties statewide, David has a strong background in both mortgage lending and litigation support. He received his SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2012 and his MAI designation in 2016. David's vast experience includes valuing various classes of agricultural properties and quality control reviews of residential and commercial properties for lenders. David and his wife Shannon have two daughters; Emma and Claire. They all reside in historic downtown Winter Garden, Florida.
