I have been a Certified General Appraiser since 2003. My experience has been in appraising with the Federal Government. I work mostly in the Midwest Region (Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota), but have recently expanded to the Eastern Region as well. I am mostly involved with rural appraisal review, of rural land, lake shore properties and timbered properties.
