Originally from Central Wisconsin and raised on a dairy and crop farm. Obtained B.S degree in AG Business from UW-River Falls in 1984. Worked as a Federal Land Bank Loan officer and moved up corporate ladder within three years to the 7th Farm Credit District in St. Paul as a Appraisal and Loan Reviewer in the States of Wisconsin and Michigan. Obtained Accredited Rural Appraiser accreditation and WI State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License #199. Subsequently worked as an Agricultural real estate appraiser for NC and NE Wisconsin Farm Credit territories. In 1994 started working as an Independent fee appraiser serving the NE, East Central and Central counties of the State of Wisconsin. Operate real estate appraisal business from farm residence. Sole proprietor business. My husband and I own, operated and now manage a dairy and crop farm in Shawano Co. We have three children.
