I am a Certified General Appraiser with more than ten years of experience specializing in agricultural and rural real estate and am licensed in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee. I have appraised a broad range of property types, including cropland, flying services, grain storage facilities, hunting lodges, pastureland, poultry farms, recreational properties, and rural residences. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness with a minor in Finance from Arkansas State University and currently practice as an independent fee appraiser. My prior appraisal experience includes positions with the USDA, a commercial bank, and Farm Credit.
