Rebecca Stone, ARA, is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in NY (46-43329), FL (RZ4197) and PA (GA004145). Rebecca is from central NY with a bachelors degree in Dairy Science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill. Before starting Agrinomic Insights LLC, Rebeccas career included Chief Appraiser with USDA, Farm Service Agency, and Administrative Appraiser at Farm Credit. Rebecca earned her Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 2014.
Rebecca specializes in conservation easement appraisals and dairy appraisals, especially large complex dairies. She also appraises a variety of other properties including commercial agricultural buildings, equipment dealerships, agricultural personal property, horse farms, rural residences, orchards and groves, onion and vegetable farms, hobby/part-time farms, timberland, and beverage industry properties (wineries, distilleries, breweries).
In addition, she has been an adjunct professor at the State University of New York at Cobleskill and has also taught several courses and seminars with ASFMRA.
