I grew-up on a cotton and grain farm in Lockhart, Texas - The Blackland Praries. I graduated with an Agricultural Systems Management Degree from Texas A & M University in College Station. While in school at A & M, and immediately after graduating, I worked as an intern with Capital Farm Credit in Bryan, Austin, and San Marcos.
After obtaining my undergraduate degree, I pursued and obtained an MBA from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, California. Upon my return to Texas, I started my career as a real estate appraiser with Menn & Associates in Seguin, Texas. After a few years there, I decided to try my hand at farming with my father in Lockhart. However, a couple dry years turned me back to appraising.
I moved to San Antonio where I was invited to work with Dugger, Canaday, Grafe, Inc. During my time there, DCG, formed a national company with many other appraisal firms throughout the United States called Valbridge Property Advisors. In 2019, I decided to start my own appraisal firm - Texas Values.
