Joe Dierker, C.T.F.A., A.F.M. C.C.A., Accredited Farm Manager and owner/manager of First Harvest Land Exchange LLC, a Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange facilitator company located in Pittsfield, brings a unique perspective to Section 1031 Exchanges. Dierker has facilitated hundreds of Exchanges for clients for over 25 years providing services thru bank trust departments, and most recently thru First Harvest Land Exchange LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company. In Dierker’s experience, he has facilitated “forward”, “reverse”, and well as improvement or “build to suit” exchanges. His presentation will cover the following areas:

- Required documentation for an Exchange transaction
