This seminar is designed to provide applicants writing their demonstration review report an overview of the requirements for a demonstration review appraisal report. Specifically, the seminar discusses the requirements of each section of the report and those items which must be included within the demonstration report. In addition to the mandatory requirements, insight is provided to those items which commonly result in significant point deductions leading to a failing grade. Participation in this seminar will improve the applicant’s success in passing the demonstration appraisal report requirement.
