Solar’s Impacts on Rural Property Values | WEBINAR

Utility-scale solar development in rural areas has been getting a lot of attention lately, both from landowners interested in leasing land and from those who oppose development for a variety of reasons, including potential impacts on nearby property values. Join the ASFMRA for a one-hour presentation with Donald Fisher, ARA, MAI, and Rich Kirkland, MAI, who will share their professional insights on solar development and its associated effects on property values in rural areas.
