Speaker Bios

Sam Chessir: Sam Chesshir is a finance professional with a proven track record in sales, investor relations, and business development. Currently an Account Executive at Acres, Sam leads mid-market efforts in delivering tailored mapping and data solutions. A University of Arkansas alumnus with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Sam has extensive experience in portfolio management, asset allocation, and financial analysis.

Ben Maddox: Ben serves as the SVP of Business Development for Acres’ mapping and land intelligence products. He is an Accredited Farm Manager, Accredited Land Consultant, and licensed Broker in the State of Arkansas. He has completed over $300 MM of farm and timberland transactions in 20 states. He holds active Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and completed his MBA at the University of Arkansas' Walton College of Business.
