Mark A. Lewis, ARA, RPRA has been engaged in real estate appraisals and consultation since 1984. Mark began his appraisal career as a contract appraiser for Dickerson-Seely & Associates, Inc., a full service appraisal firm in Lufkin, Texas. Today he and Scott Seely own and manage the firm, now known as Lewis & Seely Appraisals, Inc. Mark joined the ASFMRA in 1996 and earned his ARA designation in 1999 and his RPRA designation in 2014. He has served ASFMRA as President of the Texas Chapter, Chair of the Appraisal Education/Accreditation Committee, and District V Experience Review Chairman.
Jim Farrell is President of Farrell Growth Group (FGG) , an agribusiness consulting firm founded in 1997Services include general agricultural consulting, an extensive financial benchmarking service to Ag Retailers and Business Brokerage with complete Mergers and Acquisitions services. . Jim has been a member of ASFMRA since 1986 and is an Accredited Farm Manager (retired). He is past President of the Nebraska Chapter of ASFMRA and has served on various National committees for the society and co-chaired two National Meetings.
Doug Hodge, ARA, MAI, CCIM currently is employed by Farmers National Co. as a Sr. Appraiser. He formerly held the position of VP of Appraisal Services for Nuveen Global Asset Management and Sr. Director for TIAA-CREF and was responsible for the appraisal review of Nuveen/TIAA’s global agricultural portfolio. Prior to joining Nuveen he was the regional appraisal manager for the eastern US for Farmers National. Before joining FNC in 2007 he owned his own valuation firm in Lapeer, Michigan. He is currently a certified general appraiser in Michigan and works throughout the US on specialized agricultural and agri-business properties. He has served recently as the District III VP for the ASFMRA and is the current 1st Vice President of ASFMRA and has held other positions with ASFMRA and the Great Lakes Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He has over 35 years of appraisal experience.
