Brad Haight – Principal, Farm First Energy. Energy lawyer and developer. Since 2001, he has represented a select number of wind and solar project developers/owners and landowners. As a developer, he was a principal with the team that conceived, financed and built the on‐time and on‐budget Spion Kop Wind (40 MW Montana) and developed Anderson Wind to NTP (15 MW New Mexico), and on his own he developed half of the recently‐built Bronco Plains Wind (300 MW Colorado), and a confidential 1000 MW Texas solar project now proceeding through the interconnection process. In addition, Brad has worked on hundreds of wind and solar leases from both the developer and landowner perspective. Brad received his J.D. from Tulane University.
