Property Measurement and ANSI Z765 – This course covers Best Practices for measuring residential structures, to comply with the April 2022 mandate by FNMA for Gross Living/Building measurements on residential structures. This standard applies whether in residential appraisal or the house on a farm. The class will pair well with the Cost Estimator class.

Cost Estimator Seminar – Does anyone really know how to use the Cost Service? This seminar will provide the student with a background in the cost approach and actual practice in estimating cost using Marshall Valuation Service. Discussions include land value, costs of improvements, profit, depreciation, contributory value of site improvements, indicated value and personal property or intangibles.
